The short and clear answer: This offer does not exist.

Screenshots showing “offer activated” that are either edited or from old paid bundles

Many of these videos are posted by pages that also promote the real Rs 10,000 Ramazan cash package to get more views and clicks

Reliable fact-checkers and technology websites have already labelled these claims as misleading or outright scams. There is no government notification, no press release from the Punjab government, and no statement from Maryam Nawaz Sharif herself announcing any such mobile data gift for all networks.
